Glenore Centre’s substantial re-vamp was based on creating an out of the ordinary space that was still practical. The new centre needed visual and lifestyle appeal, increased lettable area and additional parking. We added a new level to the existing structure, allowing us to capitalize on the sea views and create parking on two levels. Simple, and largely maintenance free, design elements were incorporated, and the building’s prime visibility along the M4 freeway was maximised. Natural light & ventilation were priorities in both internal and external design, helping to create a functional, appealing, practically accessible and successful lifestyle centre.
