There was no tenant at the time of the design of this development. The criteria which made this development a success was a combination of maximizing the use of the site, providing sufficient turning & parking for articulated vehicles within an economical yard space as well as the provision of office components allowing for flexibility of potential future end users. The use of polycarbonate sheeting as vertical cladding and high level horizontal louvers provided the natural light & ventilation critical to buildings of this nature.
