This project was designed with a specific end user in mind, the focus being on aesthetics & business specific criteria. The aim was to create a separate office element that still communicated with the industrial component of the development and for the whole development to respond to the high visibility of the site as well maximize the views available over the N2 freeway & surrounding Business Park.
