The Hilton Village Centre was long overdue for an upgrade and the brief from my client the Keal Property Group, was to enhance the centre, make it inviting & giving it new life without deterring from its village charm & the general Hilton style aesthetic.

This has been achieved through the replacement of small irregular shop fronts with bigger, fully glazed ones, providing uniform & enhanced visual access to the shops. Re-placing the walkway; its paving & roof, installing new ceilings & lighting serves to brighten the centre. Shops have been re-modelled to create space for new and exciting tenants such as Spar, The Artisan, and the ablutions have been extended & re-vamped to ensure secure & convenient use by the centres’ patrons.

A proud, traditional Village Centre clock tower has been constructed and a large illuminated purpose made clock will ensure that the tower serves as an exciting landmark in Hilton Avenue.
